Hello!

My name is Sarah Sevedge and I have been offering private music lessons in Rochester for 14 years. I specialize in teaching beginners in piano, ukulele, and voice. 
 
With 14 years of private studio experience and almost five years full-time experience as a K-12 vocal music educator in a small, private Christian school, I've been able to develop my skills at every age level. From beat coordination and moving with flow in kindergarten, to state festival preparation high school choir, and creating my own home studio - my experiences in my 14 years of teaching have been formative and exciting.

Throughout my teaching, I use many different methods and strategies to help students learn in a way that works best for each of them. One such method is based on the work Dr. Edwin Gordon. This highly adaptable and well researched methodology is revolutionary.
